Description

This cute cabin has a full wrap around redwood deck on the top level, complete with new pickets and handrails. Did I mention the brand new private hot tub? You have an open concept kitchen with high speed Comcast internet, AND 2 stories featuring over 1000 sq ft of living space. Talk about value -- this is your opportunity to stop paying rent and get your foot in the door on a home of your own in the Bay Area. Only 42 minutes to Campbell, and about 30 minutes from all the amenities Santa Cruz has to offer. Downtown Boulder Creek is only 5 minutes away! Stop by Red Pearl and visit Jenny for some awesome Chinese food -- not your thing? How about Scopazzis for Italian or Los Amigos for some enchiladas? Heck, not even hungry? Take a stroll down Main St and visit all the little shops/art galleries in Boulder Creek. See you this weekend at this tranquil home and see all there is to offer.
