Description

Cute Felton cabin near Henry Cowell Park. Very cute and private. Two bedrooms, dining area, vaulted ceilings, large kitchen and a roomy 1400 sqft. It also has large bedrooms beautiful heart redwood, skylights, newer driveway, newer roof. Very pretty setting. Definitely needs some attention but is very comfortable to live in. Very much worth the effort and clearly hard to find anything similar in this price range.
