Description

Beautiful setting. 24 acres with access to NID type water. The current cabin needs TLC as you can see in the photos. There is a lot of building material on the property. Electricity, well, septic are all in. With some clean up this could be a great get away or build your dream home. Most of the 55 gallon containers you see in the pictures are filled with firewood. Antique wood stove for heat. Please do not go to property unaccompanied.
